Introduction:

Who Am I?

I am Jana Rahme, and I hold a degree in Information Technology and Computer Science. Over
the years, I’ve worked in several roles within the tech field and even founded my own web
development company, where I’ve handled a variety of exciting projects.

Although web development has always been a passion of mine, everything changed when I
accepted a position in technical support. Once I started diving deeper into this field, I discovered
how much I enjoyed solving problems, helping others, and constantly learning. That’s when I
knew I wanted to continue developing my career in this field.

This booklet is my way of giving back. I’ve created it to simplify technical support concepts.

Whether you're a student, a career shifter, or just someone curious about tech, this guide will
provide you with the knowledge you need to take your first steps in technical support.
